Our team has seen the agent's original ID. We never store the ID number.

Own mobile confirmed

The number you checked reaches that agent, and only that agent.

Where shown, we checked the agent's number in the official broker registry (GOEIC).

Works with Feinh

The agent has signed our agreement and follows our listing rules.

Verification lasts 12 months and every level shows the date it was checked. We can withdraw it at any time.

Three rules that protect your money

  1. Never pay a deposit to hold a home you haven't seen. Genuine agents arrange a viewing first.
  2. Pay the developer or owner, not the agent. Down payments and instalments go to the developer's or owner's account, against a signed contract.
  3. Check the number, not the name. Anyone can use a real agent's name. The number is what we verify.
