Cookie policy
Feinh uses only the cookies and browser storage it needs to work and to remember your choices. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or third-party analytics. If that ever changes, we will ask for your consent first.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Browser storage (local storage) works the same way but stays on your device and is not sent to us with every page.
2. Cookies we set
| Name | Purpose | Type | How long |
|---|---|---|---|
sid | Keeps you signed in to Feinh Pro and your account, and protects forms from forgery. | Necessary | Until you sign out, or up to the session limit |
system_user, user_id, full_name, user_image | Show who is signed in and load the right screens. | Necessary | Same as sid |
preferred_language | Remembers whether you chose English or Arabic. | Preference | 1 year |
3. What we keep in your browser
- Homes you saved or are comparing, and your last search, so you can come back to them.
- Your name and number after you enquire once, so you don't have to type them again on this device.
- Which link brought you to Feinh (for example an advert or a shared link), so the agent knows where your enquiry came from.
- Map and voice language, and unsent listing drafts.
- For agents in Feinh Pro: calendar view, the call you just made (to ask how it went), and notes saved while offline until the signal is back.
You can clear this at any time in your browser settings.
4. Other services on our pages
- Google Fonts and unpkg deliver fonts and map software. They see your IP address to send the files, and set no cookies on our pages.
- Map tiles come from OpenStreetMap and Esri, which see your IP address and the map area you view.
- Agents' videos play through YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode, which sets no cookies until you press play. After that, YouTube's own cookie policy applies.
- Share buttons (WhatsApp, Facebook, LinkedIn, X) are plain links. Nothing is sent to those companies unless you tap one.
5. Speed measurements
We measure how fast our pages load (page type, device class, connection type and timings) without cookies and without identifying you, to keep the site fast.
6. Your choices
Because we use only necessary and preference cookies, we do not show a consent banner. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; if you block necessary cookies, signing in to Feinh Pro will not work. Questions: privacy@feinh.com.
This document is available in English and Arabic. If the two differ, the Arabic version prevails.
